Do we need to Calibrate the Bionet Cardiocare EkG machine? CardioCare 2000 Interpretive EKG Machine (PC Connecting Software Included)
I sent this question to your email address to find out we need to calibrate our bionet cardiocare 2000 EKG machine or not, and if yes how to do it. It works perfectly now and I never called you for technical assistance,but recently, we had an audit with Medical insurance and they ask for calibration. I received a robotic, meaningless answer which seems was prepared as a generic answer and didn't help me. You can simply say yes or no and refer me to the related link or person to take care of it. Sorry I'm not happy with my purchase anymore and I never recommend you to my colleagues
