To use the ADC Adview 2 Adult Cuff Kit, wrap the cuff around your upper arm so it's snug, positioning the lower edge about an inch above your elbow. Sit with your arm at heart level, relax, and press the start button on the ADC Adview 2 digital monitor. Follow on-screen prompts for accurate measurement, and remain still and quiet until the reading is complete. Refer to the user manual for any additional instructions specific to the Adview 2 system.
