Your Nonin WristOx2, Model 3150 Wrist-Worn Pulse Oximeter may not be reading correctly due to improper sensor placement, cold or poorly perfused fingers, excessive hand movement, or low battery power. Make sure the sensor is snugly attached, your hand is warm and still, and the batteries are fully charged. If issues continue, the sensor cable or device itself may need inspection or replacement.
