To use the DIAGNOSTIX e-sphyg, Adult, Royal Blue sphygmomanometer, wrap the cuff securely around the patient’s upper arm, with the artery marker aligned over the brachial artery. Place the stethoscope over this artery, inflate the cuff using the bulb, and slowly release air while listening for Korotkoff sounds. Accurately record both systolic and diastolic readings.
