Where can I find more details about the return policy?
Answer:
For complete details of the return policy and process, you can refer to the general return policy page. Accessing the full policy helps customers understand their rights and the procedures for returns or exchanges.
Can I cancel a specially ordered or custom-made pair of these scissors after production has begun?
Answer:
No, specially ordered or custom-made products are non-cancellable once production has started. This is important to know because custom items are made specifically for your order, making them non-returnable and non-cancellable due to their personalized nature.
What is the length of the scissors?
Answer:
The scissors are 4 inches in length. Having a precise 4-inch length makes these scissors ideal for delicate and detailed cutting tasks, especially in medical or fine craft applications.
Can I return the scissors if they arrive damaged?
Answer:
Yes, if your item arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you. This policy ensures peace of mind for customers, guaranteeing that they receive their product in brand new working condition.
Are the scissors curved or straight?
Answer:
The scissors are curved. The curved design allows for better maneuverability around delicate tissues or materials, which is especially valuable for precision work in surgical or crafting settings.
Can I return specially ordered or custom-made scissors?
Answer:
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted on specially ordered or custom-made items. This policy is in place because custom products are tailored to individual specifications, making them unsuitable for resale.
